People are no longer constricted to traditional hobbies and that explains the increasing popularity of hobbies like scuba diving, sky diving, rafting and marine adventures.

 There are certain procedures that one has to follow before embarking on this hugely appealing adventure. Specialist instructors are there to ensure safety of the sky divers. All the materials needed for sky diving are inspected before being put in to use. A sky diver is equipped with two parachutes during the jump. The first parachute is the main one whereas second one is used in case of any emergency. Sky divers are also made aware of weather conditions and spot where they have to take the jump.  Before sky divers take the plunge, aircraft usually climbs up to an altitude of between 10,500 to 13,800 ft. Also known as jump run, here, sky diver practice again for a minute for the freefall. Falling usually occurs at speed of approximately 120 to 150 mph. stretching out of arms and legs is also performed to control the air resistance around them. Once they’re flying at about 3,900 ft., the group then separates from one another and starts opening their parachutes. Once the parachute is opened, the skydiver’s descent slows down considerably.
